Tundra is a recreation facilities business working to develop an indoor snow-skiing destination at the Mall of America in Bloomington, MN. I realize that sounds nuts, but there are actually many of these places around the world. The biggest, and most improbable, in the desert of the United Arab Emirates, is SKI DUBAI. There are none in the USA so far.
